We were able to stay here while they're away because they are at a hotel for the next couple of days. And we thought to take this opportunity to try and live like a local in the city. Try to see how we're going to feel and how we do experience the contrast between Manhattan, living in Manhattan or in the city versus in Brooklyn.

I'm quite excited to see if I can feel any huge difference. I kind of already feel like what I'm going to feel about staying here for the next couple of days, but we are quite excited.

It's already been a a quite long day. It's only 7:00, but we woke up very early to catch the sunset over Brooklyn Bridge. It's been one of my bucket list things to do while I am in New York. And thankfully this morning, the weather was really clear. We have struggled a little bit the last few days with the weather.
